IBEROSTAR GRAND HOTEL PLAYA MITA

Iberostar Hotels & Resorts has begun to develop a hotel complex and a residential compound in a golf course located in Litibú, Nayarit, Mexico. It called Iberostar Playa Mita and will have three hotels, villas and condominiums.

The Iberostar Grand Hotel Playa Mita is scheduled to open late 2010. All 163 rooms will have views of the sea and of these, 91 are in the front line on the beach. It will have 148 junior suites and 15 suites, the latter with private pool. Also hosting services will include spa, fitness center.

Litibu located between Sayulita to the north and Punta Mita to the south. The Mexican highway MEX 200 connects Litibu and the nearby village Higuera Blanca with the surrounding travel destinations and the Puerto Vallarta airport. Located at a 3 km long stretch of pristine white sand beaches on a plain surface, Litibu provides perfect views to the Sierra Madre mountains as well as to the luxury travel destination Punta Mita and the beautiful Marietta Islands. The location is protected by the Punta Mita peninsula against rough weather and can easily compare with the worlds most beautiful beaches.
